Don Hyun is an AI-powered personal dating coach platform that provides:

• Power Messages: AI-powered message rewriting and optimization for dating conversations
• AI Girlfriend (Lyra): Practice conversations with an AI companion to improve your dating skills
• Subscription Services: Tiered access to premium features and coaching tools
• Educational Content: Dating advice, tips, and coaching guidance

3. User Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
• By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age

3.2 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Plans

• Trial: 3-day free trial with 5 Power Messages and 5 AI Girlfriend messages
• Alpha Starter: Monthly subscription with 100 Power Messages per month
• Alpha Elite: Monthly subscription with 100 Power Messages and 300 AI Girlfriend messages per month

5.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5.3 Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Access to premium features ends when subscription expires

• Interactions with Lyra are simulated and for educational purposes only
• Do not develop emotional dependency on AI interactions
• Seek professional help if you experience concerning emotional responses
